I am trying to update an existing T4 site (2.1.7) and in the pre-update phase Joomla flags up the t4_bs5_blank template as having "No Compatibility Information".

I ignored that error and tried updating but the site will not start using the t4_bs5_blank template (1.1.5).

Is this correct ? I thought the tempate was compatible - I have a Joomla 4 site running using this template.

What can be causing this error ?

    Yes, it should be compatible with Joomla 4. May I know which Joomla version are you using?

        dave_3d There was issue with XML file of template, pls go to Backend >> Extensions >> Manage >> search for T4 >> select all and click the 'Refresh cache' button.

        Then you can proceed to pre-check update again.

          I refreshed the cache but still get this warning.

            Could you backup your site with Akeeba backup and share the backup file?

            I will try to restore at my local environment and check what's wrong.

                dave_3d You can upload to any file sharing service: Dropbod, Google Drive, etc... and share me the download link.

                    Apologies for the delay in replying - I was travelling back through Europe on Business.

                    I have updated my setup to the latest T4 versions and taken an Akeeba backup. When I have uploaded this new backup later today I will let you know, and update the location and login details.

                    With all the latest T4 updates (2.1.9) I still get the same warning.
