      docgarry The simple solution for now is that you can create a new slide (actually re-create the first slide).

      The new slide will be in the bottom of the slide list, you can reorder by moving it to the top and disable / delete the current first slide. It will work then.

        that doesn't work. no matter what slide is first, it doesn't appear.
        tried reordering, making new slides, using different ones for the first slide.
        all the same.
        any other suggestions?

            hello again.
            different site, same problem.
            https://the-listen-project.com - image show is showing the last slide as a background instead of fading to black. tried re-ordering, deleting... keeps doing the same thing.
            any suggestions? this just started all of sudden a few days ago.

            added note - i've changed the animation speed from 500 to 0 so there is no fade. if i put back to 500 the last slide in the list continues to appear instead of black.

                i changed the animation speed to 0.
                if you turn the anime speed back to 500, instead of fading to black, the last slide appears. i had to shut off the animation because myself and a web designer friend couldn’t fix it.
                don’t understand why it doesn’t fade to and from black.
