Ja Directory cannot update

I have an older website with JA DIRECTORY. I cannot update as group or individually.

I did a fresh install of the whole tempalte and even that doesn't upgrade these.

How can I upgrade to existing? and how do i transfer to J4 ?

This is one of the older templates I would LOVE to see on J4... The latest template is almost identical but doesn't include the maps =(

You can't update commercial products from us via Joomla update.
