Message: too large, maximum file size is 0.1kB

Hello,
My customer have migrated his website and now this message : "image.jpg is too large, maximum file size is 0.1kB" appeared when he wants add a image to a course..
My subscription is outdated but could you please give me a solution ?
The max_file_size is set to 50M in joomla and I can upload files in /images
upload_max_filesize is set to 64M in php.ini

Your client's problem seems to be similar to the one mentioned in this thread. Apparently it's a server side permission issue, the user contacted their hosting provider and solved with a .user.ini code.

Hello, thanks for support.
It was hosting config, one call with the support and that's it.

For information, with IONOS the config is a little bit weird. You have to rename the file php.ini (at the root of the site) to .user.ini to populate the php config in all directories of the site web.

I'm going to renew my subscription in couple of week to prepare J4 migration.
