Hi, how can I edit the text on offline page? There is a quote as follows: No matter where in the world you want to go, we can help get he world you want to go, we can help get you there. We’ve got it all for you.

I checked the Articles > offline but couldn't find it.

You can find it in the language file of this template:

/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_findus.ini

TPL_OFFLINE_SLOGAN = "No matter where in the world you want to go, we can help get he world you want to go, we can help get you there. We’ve got it all for you."

In case that you want to edit it, I recommend you to override this language constant via Backend >> Manage >> Language Overrides >> select your language and hit the new button to create new override, here is sample:
