How to change Theme Colour?

I would like to change the theme colour as follows. I select the "Danger" colour and then saving but it doesn't change.

What am I missing?

The Theme section you're working on are brand colors: primary, secondary, ... if you change the color for 'Danger', any element on your site which is using this danger class will inherit this color.

If you want to customize theme, you will need to check the Palletes section also.
