Contact Layout changes to Accordion after menu save

I have installed JA Vital quickstart and when I saved menu item Contact it removes layout from demo site and now has accordion contact layout. I can't get it to change back. I want simple layout like demo site here: https://ja-vital.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/contact Do you know why this occurs? I have checked Layout option in single contact, and it shows 'default' with no other choice. Joomla 3 used to have Tabs, Accordion and Simple layouts to choose from, but this is not the same for Joomla 4. Is there an easy way to get the layout back? Thanks!

There was issue with the override of com_contact in template for Joomla 4. I just updated this file on your site:

/templates/ja_vital/html/com_contact/contact/default.php

Thanks Saguaros! This fixed my layout. I only had to change 'Show Links' setting in Component Options to get links to return as well. The setting in single contact and menu item only changed title of Links to show. My layout is correct now. Thank you again!
