Thanks for your reply and the fix for the Add-on Tabs for the Page Builder. The heading of this thread explains that the issue is with the Tabs on a Page and the Custom Module. The problem still exists with the module (content does not change when a tab is selected).

However, the Tabs WILL function in the Custom Module if there are separate Tabs on the page, which are not part of the module. To show this, on the site, if you hover over the link “Exercise” a mega menu appears with Tabs and if you select a Tab, the content will NOT change. If I add Tabs to the page, both the tabs on the page and in the mega menu WILL function. Is there a similar fix for the Tabs on a page, to allow the Tabs to function in the Custom Module without having other Tabs on the page?

Thanks for your reply and the fix for the using the Page Builder Tabs in the Custom module. I do most of my site development offline/localhost and would like to add the fixes to site(s) that are not live. Is it possible for me to just copy the files you updated, to fix the Tabs issue, to replace the same files on my localhost site? If this can be done, could you either give the path to files I need to copy or post the relevant files on this thread, that I can download and use, until the updates are included in the next T4 Page Builder release.

I backed up my site (localhost) and installed the Plugin update for the Page Builder, listed above, (in the back end via Extensions: Install page), along with the latest Joomla! (4.1.5) update. Unfortunately, the problem with the Tabs still persists on the localhost. Should this update work on the localhost as well as a live site?

Thanks for your reply. The plugin fix, if it is that, on this thread does not correct the issue for Tabs on the localhost. Are you sure that this particular update corrects the issue for Tabs on the localhost? Writing “it should work well” on local and live sites is not the same as stating it does work! Shouldn’t the T4 Addons be tested for correct functionality before any updates to the T4 page Builder and Framework are released?

I’m not sure what changes you made to my live site. Is it not possible for you to give me the path to the files that were changed on the live site? I see there is an update (changelog) today (14.7) for the T4 Page Builder, but not yet available for download. Will this update fix the issue with the Tabs on a localhost site? I have also noticed that the "Toggle T4 Page Builder" button, for the Custom Module, does not work (with all T4 related updates with the latest Joomla! 4.1.5. core update.) Content is only displayed in Content Editor of the Custom Module.

bazab We updated different files so I sent above package and you can simply install into your site. There is no different for live site or local site. It works in both.

Thanks for the recent updates for the T4 Page Builder, which I have installed. As I mentioned in my last post on this thread, the Toggle T4 Page Builder button is not working in the Custom Module (see image below) and I am unable to edit the content using this T4 Page Builder function. Please have your team look at this!

Secondly, the fix for the Tabs in the Mega Menu for the Exercise menu item (I explained about earlier in this thread), was only applied to that particular menu item. If I publish other main menu items, individually, (I have six main menu items with Tabs in a Mega Menu), the Tabs do not work. The other menu items with Tabs in the Mega Menu will work ONLY if the Exercise menu item is published. I’ve published the menu item “Health” by itself to demonstrate this. Shouldn’t the fix for this issue apply to ALL menu items in the main menu for Tabs in the Mega Menu and not just the Exercise menu item? Please have your team look at this!

Thanks for the above plugin update for the T4 Page Builder toggle button in the Custom Module. However, the issue remains with the individual main menu items that are mega menus with Tabs, in that the Tabs in the other mega menu items will only work if the Exercise menu item is published. Without the Exercise menu item being published, the Tabs in the other mega menu items will not work. See the current menu item on the site. Is a fix/solution possible for all my mega menu items that have Tabs?
