	How do I make the menu text bigger?

You can customize via CSS:

.t4-megamenu .navbar-nav > li > a, .t4-megamenu .navbar-nav > li > .nav-link {
    font-size: 1rem !important;
    font-weight: 600 !important;
}

and change to the font size you wish.
