How to add this topbar-l and topbar-r in home-3 ? I tried and the topbar-r aligns left instead of right and the fonts look funny.

You can open the Layout settings of template and check the 'home-1' layout to see how we add the 'Topbar' section for this layout and apply the same for the 'home-3' as you wish.
The problem is i would like both the topbar, topbar-l and topbar-r .... only home3 has topbar which is good to show free shipping and topbar-r for the always available login button.

The layout settings is flexible, as I mentioned, you can simply add a new section above the current 'topbar-l' and 'topbar-r'
Then load the 'topbar' position there.
No problem with that 🙂
