I guess there is JS conflict with one of 3rd party extension on your site, could you try to turn OFF the JS Optimize option in template and see how it goes?

It due to the JS conflict with Komento component - a 3rd party extension. You need to enable its jQuery library to solve the issue. I updated this configuration for you, kindly check.
