The contact menu is like a gallery submenu. It needs to stay as Menu.

Google maps doesn't load either.

It's background image you set via JA Masthead module in that contact page:

About the images above the form, you can open the module 'Position Contact' in section-1 position and remove these images there.

Please, how do I edit or change the contact form fields? The name of the submit button?

You can customize the contact form via this file: /templates/ja_ego/html/com_contact/contact/contact_form.php

In the same file, you will also see that the submit button has this language constant: TPL_CONTACT_CONTACT_SEND

You can override this language constant and translate to your own text.
