Off Canvas Hamburger Menu Double Up

We have a J4 site using the "t4 bs5 blank" template v1.1.6.
To open our Off-Canvas Menu we have to click on two Hamburger Menus to display the Menu as per images. The header has the following block code:

Not sure how to eliminate one off them. Any ideas?

FYI
If I enable Offcanvas to display on the desktop the Hamburger menu works as it should - no duplication.
Doubles up on smaller screen resolutions.
If I remove the contents of my custom.css there is no change so it's not that.

wawa58 It due to the layout: Collapsible Default Menu you set for this menu module in off-canvas position.

I just changed to Default layout and it worked now.
