Hello, I need help with Jomsocial Video.
I'm looking to display the latest video from a particular category as a slider module on my homepage. Currently there is a trending module which shows everyting except latest from category.
Any suggestions on how to get this done?

I am afraid there is no such module you can use JS Video module
It fetch the information for latest video 
To customize the view and new option it needs a new layout to be built, i suggest you to post such request on custom work helpdesk here https://www.joomlart.com/service/joomla-website-development-service
It should give an option to view by USER or Category, not just newest. Ninja
