I built a Contact Us form before using Buildr template here: https://www.knoxttdot.com/index.php/contact-us. I am trying now to do the same thing and for some strange reason my form is not showing. How come? The menu is there but I get a blank page. What should I do? This is all I see:

It relates to your contact settings on your site, I assigned to Protostar template and it looks the same:
The problem is not from the template 🙂

I forgot to input an email address in the 'Edit Contact' tab. It shows now. Solved.
