VM4 problems with JA Elicyon

Hello.
I installed JA Elicyon and today I updated it with the new version uploaded on 17 june by JoomlArt.
Unfortunately it doesn't seems to work with VM4.
I created a menu "Shop" but as I click on it I receive the error:

CALL TO A MEMBER FUNCTION DISPLAYMEDIATHUMB() ON NULL

If I change the template, it works. Does anybody know how to fix this?

It due to the issue with VM4, we updated this file in template:

/templates/ja_elicyon/html/com_virtuemart/sublayouts/products.php

There is only one last problem. Now it shows the categories but even if they are populated with products, clicking on them shows no items...
Which is the reason?

It seems a template issue.
If I change the template to Cassiopeia for exampe, it works.
Can you help me fixing it?

Here is the main page with the two categories visible.
BUT if you click on them no items are displayed nor the featured or latest products.

This could be very difficult.
If you remember I bought the Quickstart Installation Service since i was not able to do it by myself...
Maybe you can help me?
I confirm I have no problem to pay a support but I must be sure that all will work as soon as possible.

I downloaded the file above and replaced the one on server.
Nothing changed. Still products are not visibile and I have also the problem, clicking on items "1253 - COLLATION 'utf8_general_ci' is not valid for CHARACTER SET 'utf8mb4'".

micropalla It relates to the database collation, could you contact your hosting provider for help to change this? perhaps this tip can help

Probably there is a misunderstanding, you did it on server?
I replaced it (I saved it before) but nothing happened.
Still items not visibile and always that error.

I installed it from zero and now it works.
Is there a way to fix this problem with VM?
It shows the price also when it has no discount...

As I can see that there are different price variants are showing:

Base price for variant: 200,00 €
Sales price: 200,00 €
Sales price without tax: 200,00 €

Which one you want to keep? and you configure it in backend though 🙂
