Do Updates of JA Template, ja-acm-module, etc. overwrite my own modifications?

Hello,
now I have a question about how I can install the JA Spa updates, which are available for downloading.
ja_spa_template_2.0.3.zip
ja-acm-module_2.2.9.zip
ja-extension-manager-component_2.7.4.zip
ja-masthead-module_1.1.3.zip
t4-system-plugin_2.1.9.zip
- I did some configurations in JA Spa template before: colors, fonts, new position, new section
When I install those updates: Will the updates overwrite my individual Template-configurations?
- I did and will do some code-modifications in JA ACM
After updating ja-acm-module_...: Will the update overwrite those acm-code modifications?

The template settings will be fine.

About JA ACM module, I'm not sure where you customize, if you customize in core file of module, it will be overwritten when updating new version.

It'd be best if you take a BACKUP of your site before updating anything 🙂
