Could you tell me the page / module you added? It seems to cause the JS conflict there.

            Hi saguaros it's been a long time - I can't explain to my customer why it take so long. Did you find the reason? 🙁

                domir21 Our developer is working on this, there is JS error on homepage of your site which caused the issue. I will keep you posted.

                        You should take a backup of your site + download latest version of template and install it directly via backend of your site.

                        It will not work with default Joomla update channel like that.
