Contact Page doesn't show up.

I set the contact page as per the instructions here https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-ego#contact

but nothing shows up. can you please help?

I've fixed that but the contact section still doesn't show up even though it's been set as per instructions.

romankl I updated this file: /templates/ja_ego/html/com_contact/contact/default.php

so that the contact form is showing now.

In order to look the same as our demo site, you need to configure the map and 'Position contact' module:

unfortunately I don't understand what you mean by "In order to look the same as our demo site, you need to configure the map and 'Position contact' module:". The screenshot doesn't help either.

I don't see any option for a map or a location under the Type menu or any option of how to tie this to the contact module.

Also I need a version of that contact module in the other language as well and I don't know where to create the other version. Plus when you switch to the other language there is are some additional elements showing below the contact form.

I added the module for you.

For the map, as I mentioned, you need to install JA Google map plugin + configure the plugin : https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-plugins/ja-google-map-plugin-joomla-extension-documentation

Then generate code from the plugin and add it into a custom HTML module + assign to 'map' position like our demo site:

P/s: it looks like you're new to these kinds of setup, you can download the 'Quickstart' package of this template and install into the local host in your PC, then you will have a site looks the same our demo site and you can see how all parts are setup and apply to your live site.
