Please suggest a template

I would like a suggestion of what template to use.
I have been using ARGO for several years and it is fine except it will not be 4.0.
I downloaded Teline V and found it was too complex and been around too long.
My object is to build a site for instruction using mvideo. I like the blog/news format, not the one page web which scrolls.
Can you suggest a template in 4.0 that might fit my needs? I've looked at the samples of your templates until my head spins.

In the demo area can I see the administrator area to see how things work?
Do you have any suggestions for video extensions that work well with your templates for Joomla 4?

The demo site is for frontend only, I'm afraid that you can't access administrator area 🙂

About the video extensions, we don't use 3rd party extensions for video now, you can search to a suitable one in JED: https://extensions.joomla.org/
