The preview didn't load in Template Layout Setting page.Can you please have a check? remark: please update your Host file in Windows, (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts) before open our site.

Could you backup your site via Akeeba backup and share me the backup file? I will restore in my local and see how it goes.
The location of the hosts file of Mac OS X – /private/etc/hosts
rmesceo could you try to disable all 3rd party extensions on your site first and see how it goes? I don't see any error there. It's weird.
I moved the site to another server for testing.Please go here for check.
rmesceo I tried to enable layout position preview and all are show there, could you use it for now?
