Could not instantiate mail function.

Hi,

This is a new installed CMS.I'm not sure why new user Registration mail didn't send,but I can received email sent from other extension successfully.

Can you please help to check?

remark: please update your Hosts file in Windows, (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts) before open our site.The location of the hosts file of Mac OS X – /private/etc/hosts

You should go to Global Configuration >> Server tab >> Mail >> and test the mail function there to make sure that the mail function works well first.

Tested.It works.But still getting Registration mail issues.

rmesceo Are you working on it? I access registration page but it throws error related to Edocman component.

I moved the site to another server for testing.Please go here for check.

rmesceo Could you check with the hosting provider on this? as I tried to test the registration with default Joomla template - Cassiopeia but the same issue happens. The issue is not from template it seems.
