Custom code effecting the whole page

I try to make an customization for some reason, but i want this customization only affect 1 page, instead of 1 page, my customization affect the whole page that use this template, i used ja-ego template, and i've duplicate the template with the name ja ego - magang, but when i do customization at custom code, all page that using ja ego has this change, is it possible if i only make change in 1 page?

As the name of the section you're changing, it's Global settings - which means that it will be used globally, on entire pages of your site 🙂
