So I have been using Shape5 stuff for about 10 years - I started a webiste many years ago (which I have not launched yet) and I have put a lot of time into it. It uses the Game World template which I understand you have no plans to upgrade to Joomla 4 - so then what? All these years and now the template is useless? I would renew my membership if I thought I could make it work somehow but if I can't make the Game World template work, or make a different template look very similar I can't justify renewing my membership - especially if I go through all the work of trying to duplicate it with a different template and then you decide not to upgrade that template. It seems this is a very unworkable way to do business.

We'd love to update every product however it is quite impossible due to the combination of our limited human resources, lack of demand for the old products and the technical issues that come with outdated coding.
In this case it might be a good idea for you to switch to a newer template for Joomla 4. Please let me know if you are open to suggestions.
