How to reduce the margins above and below footnav

I cannot figure out how to reduce the margins above and below the footnav module.

For me, they are too tall.

You can override with this custom CSS:

.t4-footnav .container {
    padding-top: 1rem !important;
    padding-bottom: 1rem !important;
}
