I checked and there are 2 pages in JA Builder on your site but the edit screen is still working fine, could you tell me the page that I can see above error?

I am waiting for a JA builder rebuild as you deleted the backups. It's been 7 months now.

I have unzipped the file and uploaded these 3 files, it has not worked. I tested a page and it showed nothing other then this error.

Cannot render block [layout.mainbody] TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'type')

Also, when I log in top right, it counts down from 3, 2, 1 then does not log me in.

Can you rebuild the site so I am able to edit and save the new page, or can you fix the error using your files so it makes a back up that way. I just need to be able to edit and save files without losing them.

classixuk We need to check & compare with the frontend of a page so we can rebuild.

At this moment, as I can see that the frontend of homepage and contact us page are the same now.

We can rebuild pages only if there is difference when you edit a page and how it looks on frontend. And we will compare the frontend and rebuild page.

For now, as I can see when editing the homepage, for example, it looks the same as frontend display, could you tell me the issue here?

Also, when I try to log in, at top right, it counts down from 3, 2, 1 then does not log me in.

I need you to tell me ALL the pages are fixed, not just the front page. If I edit some other page and because there is no back up, I lose the page, then I will not be happy.

Hello, the page is called First Visit

We downloaded and installed the three files to fix the site and when I tested it with "First Visit" I got a blank page . and got this error message

Can you confirm the site has been rebuilt. Am I safe to edit a page and save the changes. I am scared I am going to lose the site if I do? The website is 6 months out of date and we need to fix some stuff.

You can backup your site and make some test and see how it goes. I think it's good to go now 🙂

I hope it's ok, as it will be a nightmare if we loose the site because there is no backup, and it's then down.

classixuk You can make a test by creating a new page and edit first, then edit an existing page.
