Issue with Certificate options

I'm having this issue with a new domain setup on Joomla 4.1.5 using GuruPro 6.0.2

When a student completes a course, he/she is presented with 4 options for the Certificates.
Our main platform shows all 4 options the right way (globalsparks.com running on Joomla 3.10.10 GuruPro 5.2.5) .

However, although we copied as closely as we could the same setup for the new domain on Joomla 4 (onlinecourses.today) but the results are not correct. See this file showing the differences: http://globalsparks.com/IT/Screenshots-GuruPro-062722.pdf

I tried to figure it out but I just can't see it. It's probably a simple detail I forgot to set.

On the same note, I have installed MDPF module (https://prnt.sc/pL7M6cGm2YkM) but on the "About Guru" screen is shows "not installed" (https://prnt.sc/dDhi-156dTjA). I don't know if this is a related issue.

Can you share the login of a student account that you used for the testing. Guru Pro 6 has major code changes for Joomla 4 support and also UI changes, could be bug if this happen. I need to test and report for dev team over this.

At onlinecourses.today you can use:

Username: johndoe1
REMOVED

After login "My Dashboard" will appear in the menu bar.

This used to show the certificate pages, you can make it empty if not want to show the content.

Hi Ninja! Sorry for long time to reply.
Here's where I'm at:

In the Certificates Manager, in the Certificate Page, Email Template, and Email my Certificate I entered the name of each related template so that I can see the result when I call u the Certificates for each of the 4 options.

Here is how each option appears:
As per the attached files, all options come up exactly the same (except for the PDF option) with the text I entered in the "Certificate page" of the Certificates Manager. I drew a red line to show which Certificate viewing option each screen relates to.

In addition to the info above, on the page the student can access after completing the final exam (https://prnt.sc/dXjqNV1DXSFe), the same issue appears (issue described above)

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a glitch?

Note: if accessing the backend using the info in the Fields, try removing the last digit if the one I put there doesn't work (I might have changed it for another post).
