How to create the contact form in a different language

I need to have the contact form in a different language however they way it's set it still shows english despite having the menu item assigned to another language. Is there a way to have different language version of the contact form?

In backend >> component >> contact >> try to create contact for each language 🙂

Where does the title and these form labels coming from? I can modify the file to make it bilingual at least.

I guess the language you're using doesn't have translation for these language constant, you can add overrides for these manually via Backend >> System >> Language Overrides >> select : Slovak (Slovakia) [sk-SK] site language and add translation.

I just added a sample for: TPL_CONTACT_DESCRIPTION_FORM_LABEL

you can add the same for these constants:

COM_CONTACT_CONTACT_EMAIL_NAME_LABEL
COM_CONTACT_EMAIL_LABEL
COM_CONTACT_CONTACT_MESSAGE_SUBJECT_LABEL
COM_CONTACT_CONTACT_ENTER_MESSAGE_LABEL
