when hovering over 'portfolio' menu item there's a title above the submenu items that says 'Our Fortfolio'. This is obviously misspelled and I need to fix it or remove it. I cannot find where to make that change. Can you advise?

You can go to Navigation in JA Alpha template >> Edit the first column of the dropdown of this 'Portfolio' item and edit the column title there:
