Open text "Visit Clifton" Not working again

I hate to reopen this ticket, but I played around with the module where I set the text "Visit Clifton", and once again only the half in the upper module position Section 1 appears. The special CSS rule is still in the template settings from the previous ticket, but it just doesn't show in the second half, Section 2, no matter what background color I set it for. This is the code you gave me to use in the CSS:

.acm-features.style-1 .text-decor span {
    -webkit-text-stroke-color: #fff;
}

That code is still working, the problem here relates to the order of element between the section 1 and section 2.

You can add this custom CSS to resolve it:

div#t4-section-1 {
    z-index: 10;
}

Great! I wondered what was blocking it, and couldn't get to it with my limited skillset.
