Did you install quickstart Joomla 3 or Joomla 4?
Pls try to download the quickstart again: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-gamex
and install again on your site from the beginning.

Tried to re-install with a new download .. always the same problem. Any other idea? I had before an installation of joomla 4.x and was working properly.. I just wanted to make the quickstart to have the template ready. hope you can do something thank you valentino
