I don't care as much about the padding from the top for the logo, but I'd like to make it so the menu is centered even though the logo is bigger. If it isn't possible I can just live with the smaller logo size or find a different template.
As for the email, it doesn't show up under the contact info area (pictured below), unless it is not supposed to. If I toss in a mobile number for example, that shows up, but the email doesn't.
