Cannot install ja-simpli template on Joomla version 4

I am building a website in Joomla version 4. When I try to install the ja-simpli template I get an error message:

This message indicates that the XML settings file cannot be found.

I was able to install the newest version on my joomlo v3 site.

I tried again, and now I succeeded. I tried first the quickstart package, and that one failed. Only installing the template was successful.
