Hi there. I have purchased an ultimate developer subscription and I am logged into Joomlart but other than creating this post, when I attempt to participate in the forums, it tells me I "need a valid subscription".
Can anyone advise?

My suggestion is try to launch a ticket.
I think the forum support is down during the weekend.

With your active 'Ultimate Developer' subscription, you are able to access all forums, could you please try to logout + clear your browser's cache and login again?
