When using the capital letter "И" in the menu titles, materials, or in the material itself, an error occurs:
Failed to save element: HY000, 1366, Incorrect string value: '\x98\xD1\x81\xD1\x82\xD0...' for column 'title' at row 1
I tried to play through phpMyAdmin with the _menu table . I set a comparison for the table: utf8mb4_unicode_ci and for the title columns, too, utf8mb4_unicode_ci . It didn't help.
Maybe there will be some ideas?
