Where to find Page Description text.

OK .. I'm new to the Joomlart templates, and T4 system, so please forgive the noob question. I'm trying to find out where the login page keeps the 'ipsum lorem' text so I can change that on that page. I checked all the obvious locations, menu item, module, etc; but nothing pops out at me.

Its going to be something obvious, I know it.

That part belongs to masthead section, you can go to Backend >> Modules >> filter JA Masthead module in 'masthead' position >> check settings for 'Login' menu item and change the info as you wish:
