I go to edit a Page Builder page. When I go into the dialog box to Select Image (screenshot below), the button to Media doesn't do anything. When it does work, it will go to the dialog box to add an image to the site's images folders. And that works sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. It's almost like I have to clear cookies or release a thread by backing all the way back out of the template editor, back to the list of T4 Page Builder - Pages (screenshot below). Then when I try again, all goes well. This is very frustrating. Is this a known issue or is something else? Where are these images when I select them? Is there a way to streamline this so I can shortcut my image selection? What directory are the images really being stored in so I can upload them via ftp first?

Thanks for any guidance in this.

When clicking that 'Media' button, it will open a popup which shows images/folders in media folder on your site:

I just tried to click on your site and it worked properly.

It works correctly for one or maybe two times, and then it doesn't work unless you go completely out of that process, back to the main screen for T4 Page Builder. What I was asking was, is there a way to use ftp to move images into the first screen for "Select Images"? I can select a new image in this screen all the time, but the Media button doesn't work all the time. Is that possible?

This lists images are being used on current page only, there is no folder storing it.

I also checked with my team to test with Media button on your site many times but the modal displays normally to select image. We can't replicate this issue.

Thank you for such thoroughness. I was afraid I was going to be out of luck with using ftp, but I had to ask. It does seem to be working better now that I've updated my system too.
