Hi,
I've installed the new version of News Show Pro GK4 3.4.3 but now the slide function doesn't work.
I've checked the browser's console and there are some errors:

How can I fix these errors? the previous version 3.4.1 worked fine.

Any help would be very appreciated.

    Could you try to turn off the JS Compression in template and see how it goes?

      now it's working but I need to enable the javascript compression, are you going to fix this in the next version?

        I guess you installed 3rd party extension on your site which causes JS conflict when compressing JS files together. You can try to disable one by one and find which one caused this issue.

          Hi,
          I haven't changed or updated any extension, besides, all the extensions worked properly until I updated this module.
          Therefore, this new 3.4.3 version is causing JS conflict.

            mdCYF Which template are you using? I will make a test and see how it goes.

              GK News 3.25, but the Javascript compression is disabled.
              It seems that is has nothing to do with this template.

                mdCYF Could you share the URL + super admin account so I can check?

                      I checked all the extesions and I realized that JCH optimize extension has javascript compression functionality.
                      If I disable it, the slider works, but we need to enable the compression. The previous version of News Show Pro worked properly with this functionality enabled, it should work with this new one.

                        mdCYF Kindly check if it has option to exclude specific JS files when compressing JS or not. I think your site has 3rd party extensions installed and when you compress JS files together, it caused the conflict. You can try to exclude JS files from 3rd party extension and see how it goes.

                          the only conflict is between the Javascript compression of JCH and the module.
                          The previous version of the module worked fine with the javascript compression enabled.
                          Therefore, the conflict is caused by the new version of the module.
