Error when I tried to index

Hello I get the next error when I tried to index on the component

 0 Unable to open cron url: Failed to connect to www2.midomain.com port 443: Connection timed out

Could you try to create a new cron URL in JA Megafilter component >> Cron job and save

Then index again?

Hi,
I just backup and checked your site on my local environment and it works fine. It might your server block megafilter requests. So you kindly check your hosting in case it had a firewall.

Hi,
As I checked and tried other ways to send the request but all these results return code 0 Failed to connect to www2.unipharma.com port 443: Connection timed out.
Code 0 it means The Client cannot connect to the server, server has Firewall block or filtering. So you kindly check with your webmaster about firewall and filtering request.

Hello Is there an other way to index instead of the cron. The server doesn't want to modify the firewall.

Hi,

You are able to use the solution below instead.
Megafilter > Cron job > set time = 1 > filter: choose the filter wants to index > click Cron url. The index will be completed.
