Hello,
I can no longer save changes to Venture template (“venture-cascatalonga-homepage” - template style ID 16), I get an ajax error with an internal server error 500… it's strange because the other template (Ecolife) which is installed at the same URL doesn’t give me this problem.

I disabled Admin tools and replaced the htaccess file with the native Joomla one but it doesn't change anything, I can't understand where the problem comes from... could you please take a look?

Thanks again,
Lorenzo

Hi Lorenzo

It looks like the permission issue, could you check with your hosting provider if there is any restriction or file/folder permission issue?

Hi Saguaros, I don't think that is an issue with my hosting because I can't save changes also when website is installed locally, in this case I don't get an internal server error 500.

When I save changes locally on Venture template, a message confirms that changes has been done but nothing is modified, values remain the same.

I put a Akeeba backup link in FTP field, could you try on your side?

Thanks,
Lorenzo

I'm downloading the backup and check in my local to see how it goes.

Hi Saguaros, any news on this issue? It's been three weeks since I posted the message on the forum... 🙁

iorbita I'm sorry for this lateness, I'm checking with our developer again on this and get back to you shortly.

... ok, now it's obvious that I will no longer have any chance of having an answer to this issue 🙁

I opened this ticket on July 22, after 2 months I didn’t receive the requested support (Saguaros I'm sure you had nothing to do with it)

I'm quite disappointed to have paid for a year of support and updates for an editor who did absolutely nothing for Joomlabamboo, except to let it die.

I thought at least I would receive decent support for Joomlabamboo templates, apparently this is no longer on the agenda, it’s clear that at the end of the subscription I will have to evaluate whether to continue with Joomlabamboo…and Joomlart!

... and thanks to Joomlart support for keeping in touch with your customers, too sad...!

    Hi

I'm sorry for this lateness, it's quite weird issue as it may relate to the 3rd party extension on your site, give me more time pls. I will keep you posted
