Center logo in page

I know you said adding the blocks were intuitive, but I'm having a hard time getting a logo to center on the page.

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong or just exactly how to make sure an image is centered. Thanks.

As I can see that block has this div:

    </div>

But it's showing nothing there, it makes the logo not in center.

I removed it for you, kindly check.
