You can try to copy the folder:
/templates/ja_lawfirm/acm/pricing/
from JA Lawfirm template and paste into your current template: /templates/ja_rent/acm/
But as you know this pricing module is designed for JA Lawfirm template so you may need to customize style to suit with this template.
