I just upgraded the site to J4 and I have a small issue with the contact form. The email sent contains only the message and not the other fields.
Could you tell me how to add the other fields to the email?

The email sent to the admin seems to be ok and contains all fields. So it's just the "send a copy" email that contains only the message field (which is not a big issue)
