Menu font size change in other Menu

I have menu font on this site

Can you please help ?

Now if I add a page from page builder then the menu font changes:

You can create a new file called 'custom.css' in this folder: /templates/ja_elicyon/css/custom.css

and add this css rule:

.navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > span, .navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > a {
    font-size: 14px !important;
}
