Menu items run together in vertical menu

I had an issue with a vertical menu and in the process of fixing it, the color scheme changed. Now you can barely read the module title, in this case "Government Menu." I would like the palette to be the same as that for the article, with the title the burgundy color. I can't figure out why it isn't working now.

You can override with this custom CSS:

.section-title-wrap .section-title {color: #872525 !important;}

That changed the text of the module title, but not the dashed line in front of the title. Any css for that?
