Color of footer

Last year we bought a website design GK Academy from you. We have changed the color of the style. I wanted to change the color of the footer, but I can't find where it should be. I changed all the style files, but the footer continues to be dark blue.

I changed all at templates\gk_academy\css\template.css
Any way it shows dark blue color

If you look at my previous questions from a year ago, you will see that I had a subscription and the template was officially purchased.
Now everything works, but there were problems only with changing the color, for some reason the changes in template.css did not help. Is it worth demanding to spend big money for our country on a subscription because of this issue?
