Cannot Uninstall K2 to Com_Content module

I cannot seem to uninstall the JA K2 to Com_Content Module. I get an error which is shown in the attached image. How can i uninstall this?

Could you share the URL + super admin account of your site? I will give it a try.

saguaros I'm hesitant to just give anyone access like that. While I appreciate the offer, I don't know who you are in relation to Joomlart and this extension. I'm more than willing to setup another test account and provide access there...but not my live site. Will that be ok & where should I send the information to?

Ok thank you...I'll post instructions on how to get into the test site. You do have a user ID to get into the site as its blocked on purpose, then a different user ID for the site account. Password for both is the same.

I will need to know step by step on how to resolve on my live site please

In case that you still found the old version not uninstalled yet, you can access database of your site and delete that record.

Go to phpmyadmin - database management of your site >> find table of extensions >> look for the record of JA K2 to com_content migration >> and delete it
