About 2 menu icons on mobile, one is collapsed menu and another is off-canvas menu, you can configure these in Navigation tab in template.
For the sticky header, kindly share the super admin account of your site, I will check for you.
Would you clarify off-canvas menu. I have this problem with one menu icon showing my main menu while the second just shows a blanck black screen.
