I'm using Joomshaper products for my pages. I must admit, they have really modern and beautiful templates, but they become very unprofessional, poor and lazy support and I am searching for some other solutions for my Joomla pages

I assume that you can access above table in database >> select table >> click 'Operations' option

change the Collation of this table:

and hit the 'Go' button.

utf8mb4_unicode_ci
