I get the "JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file." when I try to install ja-simpli-for-joomla-4.zip on a brand new Joomla 4.1.5 How to solve this?

The package you're trying to install is Quickstart package of this template which includes Joomla and sample data and this package is often used for a new website, if you want to install this quickstart package, try this guideline: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-simpli#quickstart-installation
In case that you already installed Joomla into your site, you should download template package instead:
